Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you purchase a Swellgone® Relief Patch online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

You then have a further 14 days from notifying us of cancellation to return the item.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.


Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

For hygiene and safety reasons, your right to cancel may not apply to sealed products once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If your Swellgone® Relief Patch is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at [insert email address] with your order number and details of the issue.

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, you will be entitled to an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair (where applicable), or refund in accordance with your legal rights.


Refunds

If you cancel within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.


Return Costs

  • If you are cancelling under your statutory right to change your mind, you are responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise.
  • If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return cost.

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Reason for return (optional for cancellations)
  • Photos if reporting damage or faults
